I contact All Pro and they have Christopher came over to give me a quote. I have discussion with Christopher about several potential areas that might need works. He gave me honest evaluation about what he recommended to do and not to do. After the quote, I called him like 2 times to clarify the works or discussed additional potential works. He always responded promptly.
I decided to proceed with them for the repipe. The repipe work was done in one day. They came in 8:30am for the repipe work and completed the work in around 3:30pm. They kept things clean, put on floor carpet to cover walking area, put temporary dust barrier to avoid dust flying to other areas, and even swept the part of floor around the carpet after the work was done. All their staffs were happy to communicate and addressed any concern I had. The city inspector came the other day and got final approval on the spot. Another thing I like to mention is that they were always on time.
After the repipe and the payment was cleared, I found that one of my wall outlet has no power. I contacted Christopher and he came after. After spending some time to diagnose, he found that I forgot to turn on the switch that controlled the outlet. So it was my mistake. I actually felt sorry for taking his time for this but he said it was ok. My experience shows that they honor their warranty and provides support after the work. It is great to work with a company that acts the same before and after their work. So far after the repipe work is done for a couple of weeks, there is no leak and the wall restoration is excellent. Basically they know their work well and very professional.

All Pro managed everything from start to finish, including drywall repair and City permit filing and inspection. Inspection revealed only very minor issues which were promptly taken care of. A week later, I was having issues with a minor drip at the shower. Within 2 days, they were back out to replace the cartridge. Work was completed in 2 days,1 day for the repipe and another day for the under-house waste line replacement.
Dust control I would rate as average. Before work started, they placed dropped cloths and installed dust curtains. By the end of the day, the dropped cloths were bunching up and the curtains were falling. A fine layer of dust was noticeable in the house. Not unexpected.
Their office is OUTSTANDING. Very customer oriented. Pleasant and very responsive to emails.
Perhaps the highest form of compliment and confidence I can give is repeat business. I have had them out for other plumbing work. I have no hesitation to call them for my plumbing necessities.
