Repipe installation
Our in-house crew installs your new water supply lines. Most standard home repipes are completed in one day; larger or more complex properties may take longer.

Wall repairs & completion
After inspection approval, we complete the drywall patching and texture included in your estimate and coordinate final inspection. Painting is separate unless included in writing.

Repiping questions, answered
Practical answers to help you plan your project. Your onsite estimate confirms the scope, schedule, and warranty for your property.
What affects the cost of a repipe?
Your price depends on the property’s size, number of bathrooms, stories, foundation type, pipe access, material choice, and repair scope. A free onsite estimate lets us review those details and provide a written price for your project.
How do I choose between copper and PEX-A?
Copper and PEX-A are two material options for the same repiping service. We offer USA-made Type L copper and Uponor PEX-A AquaPEX. We review your existing plumbing, planned pipe routes, access, budget, and preferences to help you choose the option that fits your property.
Can my repipe really be completed in one day?
Most standard home repipe installations are completed in one day. Larger homes, difficult access, and multi-family projects may require more time. Permit processing, inspections, drywall patching, and any painting are separate steps; we explain the expected schedule before work begins.
How long will my water be turned off?
Water must be shut off while we replace and reconnect the supply lines. We plan the work to restore a working water supply at the end of each workday. Your crew will explain the expected shutoff window and any project-specific limitations before work starts.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We coordinate permits and required inspections for the work covered by your estimate. Your written scope identifies permit costs and responsibilities. The city controls inspection availability, and required approvals must be completed before the next stage of work.
Are drywall patching and painting included?
Drywall patching and texture are completed after the required rough inspection and are included as described in your written estimate. Painting is generally excluded unless specifically listed. Tile, wood paneling, cabinets, and other special finishes are reviewed separately during the onsite visit.
What warranty comes with the repipe?
APR direct homeowner repipes include our lifetime labor warranty. Pipe manufacturer warranties are separate. We review the applicable coverage, terms, and exclusions with you in writing; HOA, multi-family, and other project types receive the warranty terms stated in their proposal.
Do you repipe condos, HOAs, and multi-family buildings?
Yes. We provide the same repiping service for homes, condominiums, HOAs, and apartment buildings, using copper or PEX-A as specified. For occupied buildings, we coordinate unit access, phased work, water shutoffs, permits, inspections, and the repair scope with owners or property managers.
