A Clear Scope for Your Building
- Hot and cold water supply lines, shared piping, and fixture connections identified in your written estimate.
- USA-made Type L copper and Uponor PEX-A AquaPEX options, selected for the building’s routing and project requirements.
- Floor or individual-unit shutoff options, where included in the design and estimate.
- Permit applications and coordination of required inspections with the local jurisdiction.
- Access openings, drywall patching, and texture included as quoted. Painting is separate unless specifically included.
Planning Around Residents
Before work begins, we review building access, pipe routes, material availability, and the proposed sequence with your management team. Exploration may be needed to confirm concealed conditions before the final schedule is set.
We coordinate access and planned shutoff windows with management, protect work areas, and restore water service daily. Inspection availability and unexpected conditions can affect the schedule; we communicate changes as the project progresses.
HOA & Multi-Family Repiping Questions
How do you determine whether a building needs repiping?
Recurring leaks, deteriorating supply pipes, discolored water, or restricted flow can justify an inspection. We review the existing system and building access before recommending a scope.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the number of units, pipe routes, access, concealed conditions, and inspection requirements. We develop a phased schedule for your building rather than promise a fixed number of units per day.
What materials do you offer?
We offer USA-made Type L copper and Uponor PEX-A AquaPEX. Material selection and pipe sizing are reviewed for your building; exposed sections and shared piping are identified in the proposal.
Can residents remain in their homes?
Residents can generally remain, subject to the work area and project conditions. We coordinate unit access and shutoff windows with management and restore water service daily. Any special arrangements are discussed before work starts.
What happens after installation?
Required inspections come before closing the access openings. Our team patches and textures the openings covered by the estimate after approval. Painting is included only when specifically quoted.
What warranty applies?
We provide the applicable labor and manufacturer warranty terms in writing for your project. HOA, building-wide, and commercial coverage is reviewed with the owner or management team before the agreement is signed.

We help your team review the proposed scope, access requirements, resident communications, shutoff arrangements, and inspection sequence. Our direct All Pro Repipes projects use our in-house repipe and drywall crews.
